Brushette.com Refund/Return Policy
Due to both international health policies and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items and all sales are final. Refunds are accepted if they are before the cut-off time of your order preparation. Below are the details.
Guarantee and Product Warranty
Errors: We do take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect brushette, item, quantity). In this instance, please contact support@brushette.com for immediate assistance quoting your order number or your username. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notification received beyond the 10 days of the delivery will be refunded or replaced only at our discretion.
Products Defect: We do stand behind our products. Quality is our number one priority but manufacturing offers sometimes defectuous merchandise during the process.
As part of the Basic Warranty, Brushette will replace the neck adapters if:
— The knob breaks
— The inner mechanism breaks (i.e. spring not popping up)
— Other manufacturing defects
Brushette won't replace the necks adapters if:
— The neck adapter is dirty or in any way coated with dried toothpaste/saliva/moisture that blocks the mechanism causing dysfunctionment. This type of necks fall under the "Dirty Necks" and are not covered by the warranty. You are responsible to maintaining a clean neck and rinse it after every use.
— The neck is broken in pieces
Replacing Process
1— Email support@brushette.com from your account email address. Include picture of the defectuous product.
2— Your request is treated within 24h:
if your request is accepted: we will send you a FREE neck either with your next shipment or overnight at your own expense
if your request is not accepted: while our team will always try to find a gentle manner to solve such issues we will ask you to pay for what you damaged if you want to continue using our services.
Missing Order Policy
Once shipped, orders are approximately delivered within 3 to 5 business days at most.
If you have not received a delivery within the above time frames, please notify us at support@brushette.com for further assistance. Notifications of missing orders received after 10 days from shipping will be replaced at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted if the order status hasn't changed to "shipped".
